STAMPLESPrimary SchoolExperiential EducationPre-Primary Program

The educational program at Tesla School is thoughtfully designed to balance academics, language development, skills, and experiential learning. It is built upon the exclusive STAMPLES Framework, integrating Science, Technology, Arts, Mathematics, Physical Education, Language, Experiential Learning, and Skills & Character Development.

Through Project-Based Learning, students develop:

- Critical thinking skills
- Presentation and communication abilities
- Teamwork and collaboration

They are encouraged to ask questions, defend their viewpoints, and confidently express their ideas in front of others.

English at Tesla School is delivered for a minimum of 13–14 periods per week and is integrated across subjects, rather than being taught as a standalone subject. The school uses licensed Cambridge curriculum materials for three core subjects: ESL (English as a Second Language), Mathematics, Science. This approach enables students to develop language proficiency in a natural, structured, and sustainable way, while simultaneously building academic thinking in English from the primary level.

Learning Outcomes – Cambridge / CEFR Alignment

Tesla School aligns its student outcomes with international standards (CEFR & Cambridge):

Grade 1: Pre-A1 / Starters
Grade 2: A1 / Movers
Grade 3: A1+ / Movers+
Grade 4: A2 / Flyers
Grade 5: A2+ / B1 (PET)

A key differentiator of Tesla’s program is the early exposure to debate and international academic simulations, such as: World Scholar’s Cup (WSC), Model United Nations (MUN). Through these activities, students develop: Logical reasoning and critical argumentation, Persuasion and public speaking skills, Active listening and respect for diverse perspectives. More importantly, they cultivate the mindset of a global citizen — confident, knowledgeable, and socially responsible.

At Tesla School, we believe that equipping students with thinking skills, communication abilities, and global readiness from an early age is essential. This strong foundation empowers them to confidently continue their learning journey and thrive in an ever-changing world.
