Dear Parents,

The beginning of a new school year is always filled with a special sense of excitement, hope, and new beginnings. For Tesla Primary School, this moment feels even more meaningful as we open our doors for the very first time and welcome your children, and your trust, into our school community.

As a new school, we may not yet have a long list of achievements to share. What we do have is something we believe is even more important: a deep and unwavering belief in every child.

We believe that every child is wonderfully unique, with their own strengths, dreams, personality, and pace of growth. Education should not be about making every child the same, but about creating a place where each child feels seen, valued, respected, and loved, a place where they can discover who they are and grow into the very best version of themselves.

At Tesla, this belief is brought to life through three core educational pillars:

We know that a child's education is not built within the walls of a classroom alone. It takes a caring community, working together, to help a child flourish. That is why we deeply value your partnership. Your trust, your listening, your encouragement, and your willingness to walk alongside us will help create the safe and nurturing environment every child deserves.

We cannot promise that every child will always be the top performer, win every competition, or take the same path to success. But we can promise this: we will care deeply, listen closely, and do everything within our power to help every child feel happy, capable, and proud of who they are.

Our greatest hope is that, one day, our students will look back on their years at Tesla not only remembering what they learned, but also remembering how they felt, that they were cared for, believed in, encouraged to be themselves, and inspired to make a difference in the world around them.
